I recently had the pleasure of staying at a 4-star hotel in a beautiful location. This place exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and quality service. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with a refreshing welcome drink. The room amenities were top-notch, with heating and air conditioning to ensure I was always at the perfect temperature. I also appreciated the terrace, where I could enjoy the stunning views of the surroundings.

Spent my New Year holiday at this hotel and I really enjoyed it! The hotel is located in a great spot with easy access to the nearby ski resorts and hot springs. I particularly appreciated the shuttle service offered by the hotel, which made it convenient to get around. The natural scenery was beautiful and there were plenty of outdoor activities available. I also liked the traditional Japanese-style rooms and the delicious local cuisine served at the hotel restaurant.

That the rooms were a bit smaller than expected, and the staff could have been more helpful, especially when I was traveling with a child who was not feeling well. It would have been nice if the restaurant had alternative options when it was full, and if the hotel provided a little more assistance with luggage and check-in.

Got a good deal for Christmas, however, the best aspect was the breakfast that was included, offering a variety of dishes to select and enjoyed it. , the hotel was in a great location near a train station, which made it easy to move around and explore the city.

The room was way smaller than the pictures and the bathtub was tiny. I had to carry my own luggage and refill the water myself.

During our recent stay, we enjoyed the pleasant location which afforded us beautiful views from our room. The self-service operation was easy to follow and the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The breakfast provided a variety of options and tasted delicious. We appreciated the helpful staff who assisted us with our luggage.

There could have been more assistance for families with children who are unwell or needing a substitute for a full restaurant, as it was quite overwhelming to manage on our own.
